RecWorks
RecWorks are a community-driven recruitment company. We were established in 2006 and have been involved in building tech communities since 2007. We organise and run over 15 tech communities and use them as a way to build trust and rapport with community members, who often go on to use RecWorks as recruiters.
We offer permanent and contract recruitment services for software developers and members of the tech industry primarily in the UK, but also across Europe and wider.

Why do RecWorks sponsor the Aspiring Women Speakers
Having organised tech communities for over 15 years the team at RecWorks have always aimed to create a diverse set of speakers within our groups.
We are deeply motivated to do what is necessary to create a new diverse generation of speakers, so that communities, conferences and our whole industry can become a diverse place where everyone can feel welcome.
It is for this reason that we have run over 50 lightning talks events, regular workshops and interviewed many great women speakers to help encourage this new generation.
